We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Solution Implementation

Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in SAP

SuccessFactors, with a primary focus on EC, PMGM, and RCM

The consultant will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of scalable HR

solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance

standards, and system integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Performance & Goals, Time Off, RCM, etc.).
• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and design HR solutions.
• Configure/customize modules, manage data migration, testing, and integrations.
• Provide change management, governance, and end-user enablement support.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams; document processes and specifications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience.
• Certification in 3+ modules (EC, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Variable Pay, RCM, People Analytics).
• Strong HR process knowledge, client-facing skills, and global compliance awareness.
• Experience with multi-country deployments/integrations is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Italian preferred).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with SAP expertise.
