IT Governance Lead

IT Governance Lead will establish and oversee a robust IT governance framework, ensuring compliance with RBI regulations, risk management, and alignment with Auxilo’s digital transformation goals. This role drives policy development, board setups, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish IT governance framework (Change Mgmt, CAB, Solution Architecture Board) aligned with RBI/COBIT/ITIL.
• Develop/update IT policies (outsourcing, cybersecurity, BCM, digital lending) per RBI guidelines.
• Conduct IT risk assessments, ensure cybersecurity, and close audit points with internal/RBI auditors.
• Manage outsourcing/vendor governance, onboarding, and compliance with continuity/privacy standards.
• Implement access management framework (IDAM, HR integration) and act as SPOC for IT audits.
• Support CIO in PMO setup, strategic alignment, and governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with infra, app, and security teams; start as IC with scope to build small team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in IT/CS; Master’s or certifications (CISA, CISM, COBIT, ITIL) preferred.
• 8–10 years in IT governance, risk, and compliance (preferably NBFC/financial services).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (RBI), IT frameworks, vendor management, and cybersecurity.
