Manager – Digital Marketing

We are seeking a digital marketing professional to drive investor acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven campaigns, personalized communication, and seamless digital experiences. This role is pivotal in driving investor awareness, increasing transaction volumes, and enhancing experiences for both customers and distributors through data-driven campaigns, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Acquisition & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, SEM, programmatic, social media, and other performance marketing campaigns targeting defined investor segments.
  • Drive conversion optimization initiatives to maximize ROI on digital marketing spends.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, making real-time strategic adjustments for improved outcomes.

2. Data-Driven Engagement & Retention

  • Leverage Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Business Intelligence (BI) models to deliver personalized email campaigns, notifications, and recommendations.
  • Design and implement lifecycle marketing programs to enhance investor and distributor engagement, increasing transaction frequency and lifetime value.

3. Digital Platform Management & Transformation

  • Oversee website, landing pages, analytics dashboards, and Google Analytics (GA) for insights, tracking, and user experience improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to simplify investor journeys, enhance platform usability, and reduce transactional friction.
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions for enhanced personalization, experience optimization, and operational efficiency.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Agencies, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to embed digital insights into platform and product enhancements.
  • Provide performance dashboards and reports to leadership, demonstrating the impact on investor acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics.

5. Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Shape and execute the digital marketing roadmap aligned with brand goals, investor behavior, and the evolving competitive landscape.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture to drive digital innovation across channels and campaigns.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, marketing automation tools, and regulatory trends within the BFSI sector.

Ideal Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree in Management (Marketing specialization preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within asset management or the broader BFSI sector.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Proven ability to bridge storytelling, technology, and campaign logic — integrating content, code, and customer insights effectively.
  • Sound understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks governing mutual fund marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • CDPs (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Platform)
    • CMS platforms
    • GA4, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), analytics, and campaign platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360).
  • NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors CertificationMandatory.
