Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Data Scientist to lead high-impact data

science initiatives across the credit, customer lifecycle, and collections value chains.

You will develop and deploy machine learning models to drive business decision-

making, working closely with product, credit, collections, and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ML model development for credit scoring, NPA prediction, and collections.
• Build scoring pipelines; collaborate with engineering for deployment.
• Conduct EDA, feature design, and deliver business insights.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and clear communication of results.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in data science/ML with production model deployment.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM).
• Strong knowledge of credit data, bureau reports (CIBIL/CRIF), and FS KPIs.
• Experience with AWS/cloud, BI tools (Power BI/Metabase).
• Degree in CS, Math, Stats, or related field.
• Preferred: Fintech/Banking/NBFC experience in credit/collections models.
